The quality of the show has nothing to do with it being 15 years old!

There are DVD copies of TV series from the 1950s that are pristine -- it all depends on whether the original film negatives are available.

But in this case DUE SOUTH is from the 1990s, so of course the quality will be great as long as these are from the DVDs. Will find out soon enough....
